About the Role
Receiving and managing all incoming client calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner. Outbound cold calling and prospecting to identified leads on behalf of the Director. Diary and meeting management, including scheduling consultations, client follow ups, and site visits. Invoicing, payment recording, and basic bookkeeping using accounting software. Filing and document management, both physical and digital, ensuring all client and project records are maintained accurately and up to date. Occasional site visits on behalf of the Director when he is engaged with other clients or more urgent projects, requiring the ability to represent the business confidently and professionally in person. Coordination with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and subcontractors as directed by the Director. Preparation of quotes, proposals, and client facing documents under the Director's guidance.

Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate / N3 / National Certificate (Vocational) - NQF L4
AND
National N Diploma in Management Assistant (NQF L6)
OR
National N Diploma in Business Management (NQF L6)
OR
Diploma in Business Management (NQF L6)
OR
Equivalent at (NQF L6)
